Tell me if this sounds about right.

Hi,

There’s a good chance we know why you’re here.

You’re juggling crews, bids, and build schedules. There are estimates to send, subs to chase, change orders to price, clients to keep happy, and projects to deliver.

New work also has to come from somewhere. But you’ve discovered that referrals, a website nobody visits, and the occasional post don’t make a pipeline. One month you’re buried, the next you’re staring at spring with nothing on the books. It’s finally time to find a real system.

Unfortunately, most marketing agencies are generalists. They’ll take on a construction firm the same week they take on a dentist. And ads written by someone who has never sold a remodel don’t sell remodels.

We built MYA around one lane instead: design-build, remodel, and construction. We interview you, write the message in your clients’ words, run the ads from accounts you own, and book the calls straight onto your calendar. In this business, a promise is only worth what backs it, so we back ours with a number: 20 qualified consultations in your first 90 days, or you don’t pay.

Today, MYA runs pipelines for firms from Santa Cruz to Brooklyn to Miami.

Thanks for checking us out. We invite you to book a strategy call. And ultimately, we’d be honored to earn your firm’s marketing.

Why marketing matters more NOW than ever

You’re losing market share to your competitors because they’ve figured out marketing and you haven’t.

Consumer behavior has shifted

Skepticism is high and trust is low. Your ideal customers are doing their research and want to feel comfortable before reaching out to you. They want a company they feel good about.

Every market is saturated

There are more design-build and construction firms in every market than ever - all competing for the same customers. Property owners are overwhelmed and they don’t know how to make a decision outside of lowest price.

Industry disruption

Private Equity and other big money have come into the industry, driving lead costs up and lead quality down. Big companies still haven’t figured out local 5-mile-famous, boots-on-the-ground, faces-on-video marketing. This is your play.

Referrals are good until you want to scale.

  • $877.1 billion a year in US residential construction spending, including improvements.
  • 45% of homeowners now ask AI tools for local business recommendations, up from 6% a year earlier.
  • 64% of homeowners say they started a home improvement project because of social media content, along with 60% of younger millennials and 55% of older millennials.
  • 300+ clients served by MYA across 32 states.
  • $615 million in offers and quotes made to homeowners, tracked by MYA.

We understand the pain and frustration of trying to market your design-build firm.

You’re used to getting free leads, but you’re not getting the results you want.

  • Your market is saturated

  • You feel like you have to grind for every sale

  • Marketing is overwhelming

  • Marketing dollars are wasted, but you’re not sure where

  • Agencies promise you the world and never deliver

  • Leads, appts, and sales are inconsistent - and growth is not predictable

You work hard, you’re great at what you do, but you can’t seem to break through the ceiling. That’s exactly what we support you with.

The engine

The cheapest ads are the most expensive.

Same budget, spent the other way. What changes is not how loud the ads are, it is who they bring to the calendar.

ComparisonWhat the industry sellsWhat our engine produces
Who runs it
The industry

A cheap freelancer running the ad account between other jobs.

The engine

A team that interviews you and studies your best closed projects before a dollar goes out.

The ads
The industry

Templated image ads, the same cookie-cutter layout as every firm in your market.

The engine

Ads written for the exact homeowner or developer you want, so less of the spend goes to reaching the wrong one.

Who calls
The industry

Leads by the pound, most of them nowhere near the size of project you build.

The engine

Your area, your budget, your kind of project, qualified in writing before it is booked.

What comes back
The industry

A monthly report full of activity, with nothing in it you can bill against.

The engine

Higher close rates and more profit off the same calendar, not just more names on it.

The process

What getting started looks like.

We write the message, run the ads and book the calls inside accounts that stay in your business.

01

The strategy call

We go through your numbers, your market and your capacity, then map what your pipeline has to produce to fill it with the projects you want.

02

The message

We interview you and study your best closed projects, then write the messaging for the exact client ready to invest in your services. We don’t chase vanity metrics. We’re after the right client.

03

The launch

Ads go live from your ad account, not ours, with the CRM, follow-up and calendar built on your domain. You see the spend, the leads and what each campaign produced.

04

Booked consultations

Qualified homeowners and decision makers land on your calendar without a spreadsheet chase. We don’t chase vanity metrics. We’re after the right client.

Our work

From hoping the phone rings to picking the projects.

Testimonials

“It’s been great. But it’s been pretty wild. I mean, if I was just a solopreneur that hit the jackpot the way that we did with this particular ad, I would not be able to work. The fact that we have a team of people and that Christian and I don’t mind working a lot of hours. But, the amount of time that I spend talking with people based on that ad is pretty wild.”

Great video, I love the concise updates.

It's awesome to see we're already making progress on some great keywords, lets keep cranking on both ADU/Guest home keywords related to our local market and the same for custom homes.

We signed two projects this week and are expecting to sign a third on Monday. Now that we have our ads running smoothly, and have just the right zip codes in place, I expect that in the next few weeks, we will still be landing 1-2 projects at 5-10X the scale of these first little projects. ($200K in size, $25K in fees) I have also had the chance to pick up some tips on writing my proposals to increase the speed and likelihood of landing them. My confidence in the team is sky high.

Regarding the leads, we're very happy overall - we've been having great conversations. The ones we've disqualified have mostly been due to budget misalignment or users submitting the form out of curiosity.

Paola Dos SantosProcontractors LLC, Miami, FL

Had 2 booked calls this week & they both showed up. One asked that I follow up next week. They both said they would like to continue the discussion. One lead would be about $100,000 in architectural fees & the other $30,000.

Alex GilSPACECUTTER Architects, New York, NY

Following up on the lead — we're really excited about it, especially how quickly it came through. Great sign for the work you all have been doing.

Matthew OknerAmrami Group, Skokie, IL

Been super busy both work wise and personally. Baby comes in about 2 weeks so I might have to scale back in the ads.

They are starting to show results. I have 3 leads this week from them so it is starting to show the right people

We launched my first Ads just 2 days ago, I already have 2 calls booked and 7 leads! I am excited to see how the sales calls go!

I just wrapped up my FOURTH call today, 3 of which were from the ad (there was one no show from the ad but they said they would reschedule in PAS). The one from my old calendly link was an ideal client and 2 of 3 from the ad were ideal clients wanting new construction or significant renovation services. Thanks for the help in launching the ad. ITS WORKING!

I'm super pumped about the system you guys set up. These videos, the CRM, the bonuses and magnetic offer - this is exactly what I like.

Anthony ChiehAC-AD, Los Angeles, CA

I did manage to get a nice project through the ads. So that was worth it!

I also have a couple of other bigger projects, both commercial, that I am working on now and hired a part time architect.

Ethan PomeranceEPA+, New York, NY

In my defense, as soon as we started working with you guys, I feel like we got insanely busy

Just a quick update here. We are in regular conversation with 4 prospects with which we have shared proposals and received good feedback. It feels like we are close to closing 1-2 of them and they are in the process of closing on land purchases. We feel that we are very close to closing these couple of projects, hopefully in the next several weeks.

Back in August we had nothing - now it's just gone crazy. We've had 20 enquiries, sent out 6 quotes, and we finally feel confident raising our prices. It's working!

It's exciting to see the new website up and live. The site looks great, and it's rewarding to finally see everything coming together.

I did 500k in sales. I appreciate your professionalism and what you produce, the product that you helped me get and what you turned my words into for the descriptions of the jobs. I was impressed with all that. So I figured I was getting my value out of what I paid for.

I had my first full week of lead calls. Had 3 very promising calls that have resulted on follow-up calls/steps and several others that were a good learning experience.

The guarantee

20 qualified consultations in the next 90 days, or you don’t pay.

Frequently asked questions

How much time does this take from our team each week?

The setup and the managing of it are what we take care of. What we need from you is the interview that produces the message, your sign-off on creative before it runs, and the weekly call where we read the numbers line by line. You record the video ads, we edit them, and you review and approve the cut. After that the work is answering the consultations that land on your calendar.

What if nobody in our team owns marketing yet?

Most firms we start with do not have an in house marketing team. The message, the ads, the CRM, the follow-up and the booking are built and run by us, inside accounts in your name, so none of it waits on a hire.

How soon do we see results?

Week 1 is the interview and the client definition, week 2 is the message, ads, CRM and booking built on your domain, week 3 is ads live from your account, and week 4 is consultations on the calendar with a line by line numbers review. The commitment past that is the guarantee: 20 qualified consultations in your first 90 days, or you do not pay.

We got burned by an agency. How is this different?

Most of our clients were too. Two structural differences: the setup lives in your accounts, so nobody can hold your pipeline hostage, and we are paid against qualified consultations, not activity. On top of that we work in one industry and nothing else, so we know how it buys and we hold a large amount of data on what is working in it right now and what is not.

Do we need special equipment to make content?

No. We write the scripts, you film them, and you send us supporting footage of finished projects and behind the scenes work. There is nothing to buy: most of the content that performs best in this industry is shot on a phone.

Can you just run the ads for us?

That is the engagement. We write the message, run the ads, and book the consultations onto your calendar, and the ad account, the CRM and the follow-up stay in your name whether we stay or not.

Where does AI fit into this?

Homeowners now ask AI tools for recommendations the way they used to ask a neighbour, so part of the build is making sure your firm is what those tools return in your market. Inside the work we use AI where it makes the build faster, never in place of the interview that produces your message.
