Saltair Building + Design is a Los Angeles construction company doing high-end kitchen and bath remodels, ADUs and additions.
Roei runs it. The work was never the problem. The pipeline was, and it had been shrinking for three years.
The problem they were facing
The firm had never run paid media. Every enquiry came from referral or from whoever happened to walk past a site.
An inherited Google account made it harder to see: its conversion tracking counted the same lead several times, so the numbers it reported were inflated.
What changed
Two Meta lead campaigns went live in the firm's own account, one for ADUs and one for kitchen remodels.
Both campaigns are delivering. The ADU campaign carries most of the volume and the lower cost per lead.
